Leadership in Innovative Team Science (LITeS)

 About the Program

The Leadership in Innovative Team Science (LITeS) program is a year-long, senior and mid-career faculty series of workshops delivering specialized professional and executive training.  The goals of the program are to create a network of colleagues who train clinical and translational scientists; enhance innovation and careers in science; and build/foster team science.

In the upcoming academic year, LITeS will target the leaders of all research training programs and, in particular, key leaders outside of the School of Medicine—in Pharmacy, Nursing, Dental Medicine, and Public Health.  The workshop topics focus on leadership, collaborative teams and innovation.  Participation in the LITeS program is by invitation only.  Meetings will take place off-campus at the Phipps Mansion in Denver.
