CCTSI Community Engagement Pilot Grant Program
*2009 RFA Available Now!

 Program Details

The CCTSI Partnership of Academicians and Communities for Translation (PACT) Council is now accepting applications for its 2009-2010 (Cycle 2) Pilot Grant Program aimed at strengthening community-academic partnerships to improve research translation. Applications should target Colorado communities that are disproportionately and negatively affected by access, social, economic, or cultural factors. Community and Academic researchers are eligible for PACT Pilot Grants.

At the end of the grant period, PACT expects that community-academic partnerships funded under this program will be prepared to submit competitive grant proposals to governmental, university, and private funding sources.

The PACT will award a total of $200,000 to either community or academic applicants seeking pilot grants in one of two funding categories:

  • A – Joint Pilot Projects: for joint projects between established community-academic partnerships.
  • B – Partnership Development: for new community-academic partnership development.
